STEP 1
Weigh and coarsely
grind your coffee.
STEP 2
Pre-heat your French press with some freshly boiled water and pour away. Load the coffee into the French press.
STEP 3
Heat water to 95°C. You can also bring it to the boil & let it rest for around 20 secs before pouring. Pour 500ml of water over your coffee.
STEP 4
Wait 3 min. Stir the crust
on top and wait another 3 minutes.
STEP 5
Gently push down the plunger until it is
just above the level of the coffee grounds.
STEP 6
Pour the coffee
and enjoy directly.
